How to hard reset Samsung phone Useful for almost all Samsung devices. 1.Power off your phone 2.Press together volume up +home button + power button 3.Release your fingers of the phone when Samsung logo appear 4.Choose with volume buttons "wipe data/factory reset" and select it with power button 5.Choose "yes" with volume buttons and select it with power button 6.Wait untiil format is complete 7.Select "reboot" IMPORTANT Before performing a hard reset, make sure you know your Google login and password. If you have Android version 5.1 or higher on your device and you have added a Google account, you might be asked to input the Google account login and password after you perform o software repair.If you cannot provide this information during the setup process, you won't be able to use the device at all after software repair!
