London's 2019 Leaders & Daughters event took place on March 6th at the Ham Yard Hotel. We appreciate the insights and experiences each of you shared in the conversation about the next generation of female leaders. A few highlights from the discussion: Diversity is no longer a question of gender but overall inclusion. Creating an inclusive and open working environment should be the priority of today's and tomorrow's leaders. Generational shifts in ways of working will have an important impact on the diversity agenda. Organisations need to be agile & open to change in order to get the best out of their people. Mentorship and sponsorship can encourage aspirational behaviour and should be embedded into an organisations culture.
