February 29th. Leap Day. Some people think that's an unlucky date. Well, to fit with that "unlucky" theme, here's Sagume Kishin's stage theme - "Frozen Capital of Eternity". Brrrr. Really makes you think of the abandoned Lunar Capital, with not a soul in sight - but still very beautiful. I quite enjoyed making this remix - in particular, I'm proud of the way that the "sparkly" background notes at 1:20 keep changing their pulse frequency, and the same starts happening to the harmony at 1:43.
