An 8-bit remix of "Bamboo Forest of the Full Moon", the third stage theme from Touhou 14: Double Dealing Character. If I had to pick a song that represents modern Touhou music, this would probably be it. It's just overflowing with energy and moodiness; in particular, the augmented G and G flat chords at the beginning and around 1:20 really contribute to the "spooky" atmopshere of the stage, and then, the leitmotif of Eastern Story/the Bamboo Forest at 0:52 and 1:54 make the song open up, giving the feeling of flying through the forest at top speed in the middle of the night. Overall, it's one of my favorite modern Touhou songs. ...Finding a thumbnail for this was a nightmare, though. What is it about Kagerou that makes people draw stuff like that? Jeez...
