Here's how to get your old drone footage discovered and used by television companies with your name in the end credits. This is one of the first 4K clips I ever took with my DJI Phantom 4 way back in 2017. It has been sat on youtube slowing racking up views. Then a few months ago I got an email from a TV producer at Back2Back Productions asking if they could use my footage in an upcoming show to be broadcast on one of the Discovery channels. TV companies don't usually pay cash for drone footage in this way, so don't expect to sell your drone footage and make millions. It ain't gonna happen. After a few emails back and forth, the deal was done. They even emailed me the week before broadcast to tell me when the episode with my footage was being aired. Here's the link to the show on Dplay.
