New job, (nearly) new year, new outfits! - 11 Ideas for smart casual outfits that are easy to copy! This week I've put together a smart casual work capsule wardrobe for the autumn winter season! I started a new job recently and before I joined the company I decided that I wanted to dress more professionally than I had in previous jobs. However, I didn't just want to go out and buy a whole lot of new clothes. Instead I put together a capsule wardrobe using items I already had, plus a few from this season.
