Lan Tah Yeh Mont is a typical street food, that fuses Burmese and Indian ingredients and cooking techniques, to create one of Yangon's favourite snacks: A pancake made of rice flour, filled with fresh veggies, herbs, spices, chickpeas and of course chillies.
