Rome, Italy: Never-before-seen footage from the second concert with drummer Eric Carr has surfaced online to promote a series of continuing auctions from eBay seller EliteWorks which can be seen here: http://www.ebay.com/sch/eliteworks/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_ipg=&_from On August 29, 1980, KISS was all-set to play the opening show of the European Unmasked Tour with new member Eric Carr in tow. It should’ve been a normal evening, but bassist Gene Simmons' demonic shadow was projected over the walls of the nearby Vatican during his bass solo making KISS appear larger than life. This rare footage was shot during the band’s opening number, “Detroit Rock City" as new drummer Eric Carr premiered his classic Fox make-up design, even though sadly, he is not seen in the clip.
