Today I'm announcing the start of The Day and Night Dress Challenge 2018. This is a challenge for the sewing community where we'll be sewing 2 dresses between now and March 5th, 2018. This year's theme is Coffee and Cocktails. To participate in this challenge, sew up 2 dresses from any pattern you like with the following criteria: Day dress: this is your "coffee" look. This should be a casual dress that you could wear to a coffee date with a friend. Night dress: this is your "cocktails" look. This should be any style of cocktail dress appropriate to wear to a nice dinner out or if you were a wedding guest. post pics of your dresses to Instagram from now until March 5th, 2018, tagging me @elizabethmadethis and using the hashtag There's lots of great prizes for this challenge which I'll reveal in an upcoming video.
