Every year you manage to make me a birthday video, sometimes multiple. And I haven't made one for you since 2010. That's 8 years. I feel absolutely terrible about that. I'm so sorry. I know this won't make up for that, but I hope it's worth something to you. Your kindness is worth everything to me. I'm so blessed to have you in my life. After all these years, our friendship is still going strong. Can you believe we've known each other for 12 years??? That's incredible! YOU'RE INCREDIBLE!!!!!! Well....what can I say about you that I haven't already said? Lauren, you're one of the most wonderful people I've ever met and had the pleasure to call a friend. We've known each other since 2006 and have practically grown up together via the internet. It's amazing how strong our friendship is considering we've had the obstacle of a 14 hour time difference between us. But we've made it work. You are such a joy to talk to and I always have fun when I'm with you. And I feel like we've never run out of things to talk about over the years. You always knows how to make me smile and feel special in my moments when I need it. I don't know where I'd be without you in my life. And I hope I don't have to ever worry about that. Lauren, you are the best friend I could ever ask for. You are so amazing and wonderful. And sometimes I feel like I don't deserve you, but I feel so blessed to have you. You amaze me and inspire me in so many ways. I love you and your beautiful heart so much. Thank you for all you have done, all you do, and everything you will do for me. You are the best and I wish you nothing but happiness forever. Ok, so I don't mean to toot my own horn, but I am pretty proud of this video. Considering I made it in a week is even more impressive to me. I changed ships around so many times. And I actually changed songs. I originally wanted to use "Perfect" by Ed Sheeran, but I couldn't get inspired for it. So I changed to this one instead. This song is just so lovely. And it works perfectly for all these pairings. I included so many pairings I know that you love (even if a few of them aren't on your ships list, I know you well enough to know it's okay). A few of these fandoms I've never vidded with before. And most of them it's been so damn long it's practically new to me, but also like visiting old friends. I got so distracted making this, it's a miracle I got it done. And don't even get me started on the feels. I was a total mess...but in a good way. I really enjoyed making this and was so inspired. Even though most of these ships are old, to me, they are all timeless and have a special place in my heart. Even BATB, which I told you I wasn't a big fan of. But I watched it again recently and tbh I love it now. Anyways...Happy Birthday! I hope you have the best one ever. You deserve it and so much more. I love you very much.
