Reach your arms overhead, lengthening your spine, and then fold forward, allowing your body to hang like a ragdoll. Bend your knees as needed to relax into the stretch. Feel the tension melt away. Next, step back into a high plank position. Engage your core and hold for a moment, feeling your body awaken. Now, drop your knees to the ground and push into a gentle cobra pose. Lift your chest, gazing up at the sky. Breathe deeply.
