This Monday morning’s Music + Coffee combo. I grew up with Neil Young never off the record player for very long. The three records on high rotation in our house hold by Young were: After the Gold Rush, Harvest and Comes a Time. Neil Young greatly influenced my songwriting, guitar playing and also inspired me to pick up the harmonica. I'm a big fan of their beans and this roast, 'Agua Fresca', from the Nayarit region of Western Mexico, is absolutely delicious!
