Come with me to explore Rio's best kept secret, Ilha Grande! The most beautiful island only 2 hours from Rio. This was the best start to our Backpacking Brazil tour! We arrived on the Tuesday and extended our stay until the Saturday as we loved it so much. Points of note were the Prison Hike trail, the Isles of Paradise tour and the Blue Lagoon! We stayed at the wonderful Biergarten, and I would recommend going out for drinks at Che Lagarto and going clubbing at Aquario.
