In this video I go over in extreme detail how to pop of knuckles and jumps and then how to do a 180. A 180 is a very basic trick that every should learn if they want to learn bigger tricks like 360's etc. It is extremely important to learn how to pop correctly and how to visualize the trick. Learning this trick will help you learn anything from switch spins (180's, 360's, 540's, 720's 900's etc) to flips (frontflips, backflips, sideflips, rodeos) to even cork screws. I say this because I teach fundamental techniques that are necessary to all of those.
