(Level:ALL who wears mascara) For my K-Tip for the Month of January, I mentioned that it seems no one SETS their mascara. After all, mascara is a cream, and rule of thumb in makeup is any cream needs to be set with powder. It doesn't take that much longer to set your mascara, 10 seconds or less.
