Anda Paratha Recipe in English: Ingredients: For Dough: -Flour 3 cups -Salt 1 Tsp or to taste -Oil 1 tbsp. -Water as required For Egg Mixture: -Eggs 4-Psc -Onion medium size Chopped 1-Psc -Tomato Large Chopped 1-Psc -Fresh Coriander Chopped 1/4 Cup -Salt to taste -Green chilli Chopped 2-Psc -Red chili flakes 1 Tsp -Black pepper Powder 1/2 tsp -Oil for frying Directions: -In a bowl add flour,salt,oil and mix well. Add water gradually and knead a dough. -Then grease it with oil and cover it set aside for 15 minutes. -For egg mixture In a bowl add eggs,onion, tomato, coriander, salt, red chili flakes, green chilli and mix well. -Now take dough make 4-5 equal portions. Roll out the dough with the rolling pen and spread some oil and flour on the dough. -Cut it into 1 1/2" strips and start rolling the strips. -Flatten the dough ball and roll it out into a dice. -Place it on the pan or Tawa. -Let it cook from one side then flip it over. -Apply oil and flip it over. Spread Egg mixture on the paratha then again flip it over. -Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. -Serve hot with raita or chutney or with Tea. Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: Dough k lye: -Aatta 3 cups -Namak 1 Tsp or hasb e zaiqa -Cooking Oil 1 Tbs. -Pani hasb e zarorat Egg Mixture k lye: -Anday 4-Psc -Pyaz medium size kata hua 1-Psc -Tamater Large kata hua 1-Psc -Dhania kata hua 1/4 Cup -Namak hasb e zaiqa -Hari Mirch kata hua 2 -Lal Mirch 1 Tsp -Kali Mirch Powder 1/2 tsp -Oil fry krne k lye Terkeeb: -Ek bowl mien aatta,namak, oil dal kr thora thora pani daal kr achi terha gondh lain aur oil laga kr cover kr k 15 min k lye side pa rakh lain -Anday k mixture k lye ek bowl mien anday dal kr us mien pyaz, tamater,dhania,namak,hari mirch, kuti lal mirch, aur kali mirch powder dal kr achi terha mix kr lainÛ” -Ab gonday hue attay ko 4-5 barabar hison mien kaat kr peera bna lain aur peeray per maida chirk kr achi terha bail lainÛ” -Phr is per oil laga kr aata chirkain aur cutter se kaat kr roll bna kr dubara peera bna lain. -Ab dubara is per aataa chirkain aur bail kr k taway per dal kr thora oil ya butter laga kr pakain -Phr is per tayar kiya hua anday ka mixture dal kr thori dain halki aanch pa pakain aur phr palat kr achi terha 2-3 min tak pakain. -Raita aur garam chaiey k saat serve karain.
