Please follow my Youtube channel, and Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/EnjoymealwithInsha-110876263788987/ https://www.youtube.com/Enjoymealwithinsha Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Butter or Ghee 2 tbs -Cream 2 tbs -Doodh (Milk) fresh ½ Cup -Dry milk powder(Nido) 200 gms Preparation: -In wok or Pan,add butter and let it melt. -On a low flame,add milk and mix well. -Then add dry milk powder and mix well. -Cook on low flame until it leaves the sides of the pan (approx. 10-15 minutes) and mix continuously. -Let it cool and set in desired shape mold. -Can be kept in refrigerator for up to 7 days. Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs -Cream 2 tbs -Doodh (Milk) fresh ½ Cup -Dry milk powder(Nido) 200 gms Terkeeb: -Karhai or Pan mein butter dal ker melt ker lein. -Halki aanch pa cream dal ker achi tarhan mix ker lein. -Phr doodh dal ker achi tarhan mix karein. -Is k baad dry milk powder shamil kerain aur achi terha mix krlain -Pan ki sides chornay tak halki ancch per paka lein (approx. 10-15 minutes) aur musalsal mix kertay rahein. -Thanda kr lain aur desired shape mold mein dal ker set ker lein. -7 din kliye refrigerate ker saktay hain.
