Jean Claude Mambo, ranger with Garamba National Park, speaks to the need for more park rangers to save Garamba and the elephants that live there. The video is filmed in Garamba National Park, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The park ranger is Jean Claude Mambo, currently Head of the Central Operations Room.
