Jean Claude Mambo, a ranger at Garamba National Park shares the stories of park rangers and the poachers devastating elephant populations for profit and power. The video is filmed in Garamba National Park, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The park ranger is Jean Claude Mambo, currently Head of the Central Operations Room.
