Enrique Arayata's video: Did I kip at the end of these pull-ups gym fitness pullups shorts

@Did I kip at the end of these pull-ups? #gym #fitness #pullups #shorts
One of my fitness goals this year has been to do 1 set of 8 strict pull-ups with no kipping and finally I was able to hit it with the last rep being just a little bit shaky! Would anyone be interested in a video on tips or advice on how to improve your pull-ups? Right off the bat, exercises I would recommend in a loose order would be dead hangs, scapular pull-ups, lat pull-downs, negative pull-ups, and banded/assisted pull-ups. Aim for about 4 or 5 sets with about 6 to 8 repetitions or 30ish seconds if you would like to also train with hypertrophy in mind! With graduation on the horizon, I’ve been thinking about focusing more on content creation again and would be open to any ideas or feedback! - - -
