This is what happens when you attempt to pay property taxes, but first require the treasurer's office and prosecuting attorney to validate their alleged charges (which is an exercise of your lawful rights). We have not only been denied due process for eight months straight, after numerous attempts to settle the alleged debt, and the Miami County Sheriff's Office continue obstructing justice in this matter, preventing us from settling the alleged debt. Is it considered "disorderly conduct" when a man or woman asks to clarify and validate the charges of an alleged debt that a "person" claims is owed to them? -No. Absolutely not! Is it considered "disorderly conduct" when a man who is claiming that a debt is owed to his "client" refuses to provide the alleged debtor with ANY variable information regarding cause and nature of the alleged charges that he is attempting to enforce? -Absofuckinlutely! Is it not a great and deeply disturbing obstruction of justice when a "law enforcement" officer who has sworn an oath to uphold and defend the constitution tells another man or woman that they do not have the right to exist inside a court of public records, which is inside of a public building, and that they do not have the right to file a true and verifiable legal claim against their criminal aggressors in said court of public records, because that "law enforcement" officer believes it is "disorderly" to ask for due process and to hold the accuser to their burden of proof? Just who are the REAL terrorists here? You tell me.
