⚡️Kettlebell and Band Power Workout⚡️ Try out this simple 3 move kettlebell and band power workout I love hitting in between strength training days to keep me firing on all cylinders. I make sure to take the full rest in between sets to make sure I don’t fatigue. Maximum effort every rep 🔥 Work set 1: 4 sets, rest 60 to 90 seconds in between sets High pull to snatch x 5 reps each side Work set 1: 6 sets, rest 60 to 90 seconds in between sets 1 1/2 banded push up x 5 to 10 reps Work set 3: 8 sets, rest 60 to 90 seconds in between sets Banded Kettlebell Swing x 10 reps Perform each exercise individually, not as a circuit. 📅 Mark your calendar, January 3rd I’m launching my new 8 Week Simple and Savage Kettlebell program.
