15 Minute Dumbbell Destroyer This workout is one of my go to dumbbell workouts that is sure to get your full body feeling worked in a short amount of time. Push yourself but make sure to maintain a pace that you can sustain with quality reps. Don’t sacrifice form for more rounds! I included some optional mobility warm ups and decompression cool downs. If you have the time to squeeze an extra 5-10 minutes on top of the 15 minutes of work you’ll recover a lot better from this workout and will come back feeling stronger! Let’s get to work! Set the clock to 15 minutes and complete as many rounds as you can while maintaining quality technique!
