In today’s workouts, we’re going to use only bodyweight to get a full body workout in. I want you to focus on maximizing tension in the strength exercises while using your breath to help release tension on the mobility moves! Let’s get it in! Standing arm screws x 10 reps Thoracic rotations x 10 each direction Hip circles x 10 each direction Tai chi lunge twist x 10 each direction Ankle circles x 10 each direction  Warm up: 2 sets, rest 30 seconds in between sets Alternating shoulder drop x 10 each side Alternating thoracic bridge x 5 each direction Beast limb lifts x 5 each direction A Skip x 10 each leg Work Set 1: 4 sets , rest 90 seconds in between sets Swimmer push ups x 8 reps Ali shuffle x 16 reps each side Beast knee taps x 8 each side Work Set 2: 4 sets, rest 60 seconds in between sets Lateral traveling ape x 5 each side Super man with pulse x 10 reps Alternating floor scorpion x 5 each side Finisher: 3 sets, rest 60 seconds in between sets Push Ups as slow as possible x 3 reps Broad Jump x 6 reps Loaded beast spine wave x 3 reps Decompression: perform 1 round of every exercise back to back Alternating Arm Thread x 1 minute Alternating floor scorpion x 1 minute Shinbox Switch with twist x 1 minute  Standing Spine Roll x 1 minute More workouts like this on my Primal Fit App. Start your 14 Day FREE Trial by clicking the link 👉 www.EricLeija.com
