Feel a bit fake on camera? Do you talk the same on camera as you do with your friends? Or are you performing? This past month, I've been watching a lot of @Anthony Recenello - a dating coach who shares insights about finding meaningful connection and comfort in your own skin. Watching him play and teach on camera so freely and authentically has made me rethink how I communicate on camera. Maybe I don't need to talk fast and perform to be entertaining/worthwhile...maybe I should focus instead on sharing what I find exciting and delightful.
