Edinburgh is probably my favorite city I've traveled to. I love the people, architecture, history, atmosphere- everything is incredible to me! So here are my highlights from my day off in Edinburgh! Stayed at the Apex Hotel which was conveniently across for Old Calton Cemetery and also had great room service! Visited Wellington's Coffee for tea and scones in the morning. Visited Edinburgh Castle and walked around the hotel and the Princess Mile to end the day!
