Happy birthday Rohit!!!! There are a few staple dishes here in India - egg bhurji being a popular one. Scramble eggs is one break item that stretches across globe, but how do they differ? Masala, grated tomato and onion, and fine wood chopping resulted in one Sunday tradition worth preserving. Title inspired by his roommate Prachant.
