La Crepe Zuzette es una Crepe que se rellena de una mezcla de mantequilla ,azúcar y zumo exprimido de naranja o mandarina y con un poco de in licor de naranja llamado triple sec, y también puede ser flambeada con brandy. Este postre es uno de los más famosos de la gastronomía francesa . Ingredientes para las Crepes 2 huevos 750 ml de Leche entera o semi descremada 250 ml de cerveza 1 pizca de sal 400 grs de Harina 50 grs de mantequilla derretida 1 cucharada de vainilla 50 grs de azúcar Ingredientes para la salsa 100 grs de mantequilla 2 naranjas 70 grs de azúcar
