The answer is actually pretty simple - a lamp! But not just any kind of lamp - it have to be a so called studio lamp. This has to do with something called "color temperature" - A normal lamp has a temperature of about 3000 kelvin. This gives it a very yellow, warm glow. A studio lamp on the other hand, has a temperature of around 5200 kelvin - which is equivalent to normal daylight. When filming or taking pictures, this is what gives the most natural look.
