Another what I eat in a day to stay healthy. *RECIPES* BREAKFAST- 1 liter of water + lemon 1/2 ripe papaya (very important to eat your fruit when it's ripe as it is easier to break down and digest) Green smoothie: measurements vary but I usually do handfuls or eyeball) Frozen banana Frozen pineapple Frozen passion fruit (Brand I like is Goya) Spinach Almond mylk 2 scoops protein powder ( I like Orgain which you can shop using my Amazon link) LUNCH- Sauce: 1/2 large onion roughly chopped 2 garlic cloves finely minced 1 yellow squash diced 1 can of black lentils (black lentils keep their shape better than green or red) 1/2 cup beyond meat crumbles 1 -28oz. can pureed tomatoes (I like the Cento brand as it has less salt) 1 tsp garlic and onion powder each. Salt to taste Pasta: Tofu noodles which don't need to be boiled.
