This is an important moment in time for our industry: one where we are being called to redefine our relationships with each other, and redefine how we deliver business value. We know from our past that we deliver important business and social value. In 2017, business events contributed 1.5 trillion USD in total GDP, supported 26 million direct and direct jobs and reached 1.5 billion participants. We also support communities, create environments for innovation and forge global bonds that advance all industries.
