Evolution of Dave's video: My Brain Is Getting An Upgrade

This is very interesting, more tech is finding its way into my life of late, which I do have to be mindful of. In every way, you can optimise your mind and body through natural methods, like cold therapy, breath-work, meditation, mindfulness, movement flow, and bodyweight exercises (all of which I teach)....however, I am finding a place for some tech, which is beginning to show promise at upgrading my psychology and physiology. I am still exploring the capability of this device, but it really looks like it will offer something extra to my life, I am loving some of the tracks that come with the associated app. I have used some for focus, for energy and one in particular, which I love, called Cell Cleanser. I have been sent this from Braintap and we at 'The Breath Source' (new app launching imminently) will be creating breath tracks for this device.
