@Samsung Galaxy One UI - How to Change the Style of the Recents Apps Page? Overview Screen Layouts
Find the Best Android Apps & Games @ https://PlayStoreFinder.com/ By default, Samsung's OneUI firmware lists the app cards horizontally, but we can change how this looks. ~~~~~ Hi! We get a horizontal list of our recently opened apps and games, and we can scroll through them with the more recent apps appearing on the right. These can be swiped away if you want, but there is hardly a need to do that anymore. If you're not a fan of this style, then you're in luck, because Samsung offers 4 other styles to choose from if you're able to use the Good Lock application. This is an app that we download from the Samsung Galaxy App Store. So if you're not familiar with this, then please check the video description below for a link to an overview guide I've previously done here on the channel. Now, let's get back to changing the style of our Overview page on Samsung Galaxy devices. As mentioned, we need to have the Good Lock application installed. So once you have that on your smartphone or tablet, we can go ahead and open it up. Then, you're going to need to install the Home Up module. So find the module in the list here, and then tap the Down arrow next to it to begin the installation process. Once it has been installed, you'll see the module looking like this. And from here, we can launch into the Home Up module itself. Now, we want to look at the bottom of this list here, and dive into the Task Changer menu. And this is where we can change the style of our Recents Screen on Samsung Galaxy devices. By default, this is going to be set to the List Layout Type. But we have four other options to choose from. So if you'd rather see your Recents menu looking like a grid, let's choose that option. And the change is immediate so you can check to see how this will look on your device as soon as you switch it over. We also have a Stack option for the Recents page We have a Vertical List option to choose from here. And we also have a compact, Slim List that we can select. Each of these have their own unique style and I can see why someone would want to change things up from the traditional List Layout Type that we get by default. So let me know if you've used this Good Lock module to change how the layout of your Task Changer. And share with us which style you chose to go with down in the comments section below.
