@Samsung Galaxy OneUI - How to Increase or Decrease the Size of Icons on the Home Screen?

Yes, we have a couple of options within the Display section of the Settings app. But that will also adjust the size of text and other UI elements that we have within Android. So today, I'll be showing you a Good Lock module that has been recently updated to allow us to increase or decrease the size of the icons on the Home Screen only. But before we get to that, our sponsor for this video is PlayStoreFinder.com Play Store Finder is a website that gathers the best Android games available in the Google Play Store. Google does a surprisingly poor job at surfacing games that are not full of microtransactions. And their filter functionality within the app is severely lacking. With Play Store Finder, you'll be greeted with lists of only the best Android apps and games available, but they're also tagged and labeled so that you can browse through a category. . .or even pick out a tag that you see. . .and then filter out games that include ads. . .or filter out all of the free games so that you're only browsing the premium ones. There are a lot of good filters to use on PlayStoreFinder.com and I highly recommend you go and check it out. Getting back to the guide, we can increase or decrease the size of the icons here on the Home Screen with the help of the Home Up Good Lock module. If you don't have Good Lock installed yet, or just aren't familiar with it, then be sure to check the video description below for a link to a dedicated guide I have already done on the app. I got this from the Galaxy Store and once it has been installed you'll want to launch it and then search for the Home Up module. Modules that are not installed yet will have a down arrow next to it. So tap that icon next to the Home Up entry and it will begin the installation process. Once installed, we can open up the module by simply tapping on it. And from here we'll first need to activate it since it will be installed inactive by default. From here, we want to tap on the Home Screen option. And then we'll scroll down until we find the App Icon Setting feature. This too, will be inactive by default. So let's enable it with a simple tap. Then we we tap on the letters itself, we can customize the home screen application icon size with this slider here. We have a range from 80% of the original size. . .which will make the app icons on the home screen smaller. And we can go all the way up to 120% of the original size. which will make the icons a bit larger. Each time we make an adjustment, the change should be reflected immediately. So we can tap the Home button to quickly go back to the Homescreen as that will give us a glimpse of the change we had just made. Many custom launchers have a setting like this baked into the options area. . .and while this is not available to people right out of the box, I do appreciate Samsung taking the time to add in extra features like this.
