Sardar Post CRPF in hindi | 1965 Indo Pak war | CRPF valour day In this video, I’m taking you all on a journey to a shrine, Sardar post. Sardar Post is witness to the bravery of Indian soldiers who with their brilliance defeated the strategy of Pakistan and made it futile. Sardar Post is situated north of Gujarat near the Karachi district of Pakistan and is a reminder of the martyrdom of six brave-hearts of CRPF who died defending India. This memorial is situated 80 kilometers away from the India Bridge in Rann of Kutchh in Gujarat. On 9 April, 1965, a Pakistani Brigade that had approximately 3500 soldiers attacked Taak and Sardar Post. At that time, the border security force was yet to be consolidated and the duty of border security was on the shoulders of CRPF. This incident is no small feat it is the first time that a small troop of soldiers defeated a whole brigade. This could have only been done by the sons of Bharat Mata or Mother India. Presently CRPF is the largest ‘ardh sainik bal’ The names of these six martyrs were: Lance Naik Kishore Singh Lance Naik Ganpat Ram Sipahi Shamsher Singh Sipahi Gyaan Singh Sipahi Hari Ram Sipahi Siddhvir Singh Pradhan To visit this shrine was nothing short of a pilgrimage for me. The saga of these soldiers is engraved on a black stone. The country salutes the martyrs of Sardar Post and the gallantry of the CRPF and is forever grateful and indebted to them. Jai Hind.
