I am blessed to visit this place for the last 45 years. We used to travel to katra from jammu, now we have a direct train from Delhi to Katra. If you are short of time, you can start your yatra on the same day, do a night halt a Bhawan and come back next day. Adhkuwari to Bhawan - approx 5.5 km via the battery car route and approx 6 km via Sanj chatt. For Battery van: This journey is between Adhkuwari and Bhawan There are 2 things: A. They promote it for people who cannot walk or are old. B.
