Hello all. Here is my first cake of 2019!! and it is How to train your dragon Toothless cake. If your have not seen the films I would suggest you do. The third movie is the series is coming out this January. I think this is the biggest cake I have made - he looks kinda cute. The eyes have been made from isomalt which is a type of sugar. The wings have been made from edible fabric. A sheet of rice paper covered in gelatin. If anyone would like to know how to make them please let me know and I might do a video on that.
