This season marks Wildfox’s first-ever New York Fashion Week runway show and it did nothing less than impress! The new Wildfox collection was inspired by “Jane Austen, 18th century England and sisters,” “I have always found such relief in Jane Austen’s fantasy world! A happy ending, romance and drama; I often wish real life were that way,” described Kimberley Gordon, creative director of Wildfox. Florals prints, floaty skirts and baseball style cardigans made for a wearable, effortless collection. We went backstage with Sarah Lucero from Stila Cosmetics to discuss the rosy-cheeked and messy-haired looks the models wore with their statement making sweaters.
