FCT's video: Easiest way to set up random spawns in Fortnite Creative Gun games FFA

@Easiest way to set up random spawns in Fortnite Creative | Gun games / FFA
Hey guys! Welcome back to a brand new tutorial! Today something easy but HIGHLY requested, the easiest working random teleport on spawn system! DISCORD: https://discord.gg/2DCUVMV TWITTER: https://twitter.com/Fncreativetutor ==========SONGS========== Song: Snackalakin - Northern Born Music provided by Ninety9Lives Video: https://youtu.be/2Azxj4d0OM4 Download: http://99l.tv/snackalakinYU Song: Recondite - Finesu Music provided by Ninety9Lives Video: https://youtu.be/Qfa0zaESwBM Download: http://99l.tv/reconditeYU So.. today we’re going to set up the easiest way to spawn your players in a random spot in your map without being bound to the spawn pads! Perfect for anything from gun games to FFA’s and anything in between it! And to show easily demonstrate and test I just created 7 little biomes here. We’ve got dirt, tall grass, snow, different grass, sand, darker dust and lava. So let’s just imagine that this here is our actual map here. Ow before I start explaining, extremely quick.. almost NINETY percent of you guys watching my videos aren’t actually subscribed! What’s wrong with you! It’s free and helps out a ton. So click that subscribe button and while you’re down there, hit that like button for me! Thank you. Okay.. now go somewhere outside of our map we’ll have our spawns and what we’re going to do is create little 1 by 1 boxes for every player! Now there is a small chance that very rarely they will see the spawnbox like 0.1 seconds before getting teleported into the map so don’t build it out of this default wood but in stead grab something that fits your map. I’m just going to build them out of walls and floors from the cabin gallery. And don’t forget to also put a floor tile on the top to really lock them in, and then place a player spawn pad inside every box. Now grab a pinball bumper, and leave all options as is. No need to change anything. Put on grid-snap 4 and place the bumper right in the middle of the spawn pad and then cut it and paste it in 1/4th tile down! It should now look like this.. being right in the middle of your spawnpad, right under it! If it’s too low it will not bump the player up, if it’s too high then the player will spawn a little bit higher and also result in the player not teleporting! If you now respawn you should be constantly jumping without seeing the bumper! Ow, I almost forgot, I’m doing a ton of giveaways in my discord! So if you want free skins and emotes join my discord, link in the description below! Now finally grab a teleporter. Change the teleporter group to NONE and now the key ingredient for our mechanic recipe to work is set the change teleporter target to ON ENTRY. And then turn off the sound effects, visual effects and visibility if you wish to do so, although in most cases you won’t even see the spawn box! Since we’re still on grid-snap 4 from before place the teleporter above the spawn pad so that it’s in the exact middle of the 1 by 1 you build and now change to grid snap 8.. and cut it 1/8th grid up! So that it’s no longer in the middle but slightly above it. If it’s too low this time the player will not teleport when respawning, if it’s too high it will still work but you will always see the 1 by 1 spawn box for 0.1 seconds. And since we want it to be as clean as possible.. grid snap 4 to the middle, then grid snap 8 one up! And now finally.. Go to your map and paste the teleporter here as well but swap around the teleporter group and the target group. So before we had the teleporter group to none and target to A! Now inside our map we need the group to be A and the target to be none. Now just go around the map and paste your teleporters in every place you want players to be able to spawn! For me.. in every biome! The advantage of this system is that you can paste these anywhere you want and aren’t bound to the grid tiles. And it works without seeing the spawn for both initial and respawning!
