Viral Story: IPS Officer's Amazing Fitness Transformation The amazing transformation that has caught everyone’s attention. Fittr is proud to present the incredible fitness journey of DIG Vivek Raj Singh Kukrele. From a young age, Vivek Raj Singh Kukrele had faced health issue. In Class 8, he was the heaviest kid in school. By college, he was already taking medications for hypertension. Vivek had one big goal: he wanted to serve the nation. So, he decided to become an IPS officer and enrolled at the National Police Academy. But at 134 kg, he knew he had to get into shape. With rigorous training, he managed to lose weight and become healthier. But without proper guidance and knowledge, that weight came back again. While on special duty, he observed that many of his colleagues were going for morning walks. Vivek too started this practice and soon, he was clocking 30,000 steps a day. That’s when a realisation dawned on him: while he had lost weight, he had also lost muscle and strength. Looking for solutions, he found this fitness community and was blown away. He found a community that was not only dedicated to fitness but also answered his questions and helped him every step of the way. He learned several things: the importance of protein but most importantly, the need for strength training.
