Windshield Wiper bent knees target your upper and lower abs. Let’s check the steps: Lie flat on your back, with arms straight out at the sides. Keep your feet flat on the floor Now lift your feet by bending your knees and hold them in the air above your abdomen Breathe out and rotate your hips to one side, until your knees almost touch the ground Breathe in while coming back, then do this to the other side. Don’t let your legs touch the floor. Repeat for the desired number of reps And that’s how you do Windshield Wiper bent knees.
