How To: Cable One Arm Lateral Raise | Arms Workout The Cable One Arm Lateral Raise works the side deltoid muscles while working the anterior deltoid, as well as both the middle and lower traps. Preparation: 1. Stand with feet shoulder width apart. 2. The machine should be on your left side. 3. Grasp the stirrup cable attachment in the right hand from behind the body, your arm should be extended downward with a slight bend Workout Steps: Step 1: Now, exhale and pull the cable upward and to the right side.
