-Change oil every 3000 to 3500 miles -6 quarts of Mobil1 5w30 Oil -K&N HP7003 oil filter (or any brand of high quality oil filter) -Lucas Low Viscosity Oil Stabilizer -Seafoam Treatment (use 200 to 300 miles before the oil change) -GumOut All-In-One Fuel Cleaner (right before/after oil change on low tank) Other things to look out for is obvious maintenance overall and replace PCV valve when replacing spark plugs and maybe get new valve covers to 100% get rid of old gunk that accumulated throughout the years. It's cheaper to do this faithfully rather than blowing your engine and paying more for a swap only to have the same issue again.
