Paneer Mirch Masala With Paratha Ingredients Paratha : Take a Bowl and add 2 cup - Wheat flour Salt to taste Water 1 tsp - Ghee Method : In a bowl add whole wheat flourAdd water little by little and add ghee ,knead it into a soft dough. Rest paratha dough for 15 to 20 minutes Dust a ball of dough with some whole wheat flour and roll it into a circle. Apply a few drops ghee of and spread it evenly. From one end, fold the circle towards the center. Repeat the same from the other end. Now fold the top end towards the center. Next fold the bottom end towards the center. Finally fold at the center so that the dough looks like a folded kerchief. Dust it slightly with flour and roll into a square, keeping up with the shape. Roll equally on all sides to get the square shape. Heat a tawa/flat pan. Gently put the rolled out Paratha and cook it until tiny bubbles appear on the surface. Flip it to the other side and drizzle some oil. As the other side gets golden brown spots, flip it again and drizzle few drops of oil. Remove from heat Sabji : Ingredients : 2 tbsp - Oil 1 tsp - Cumin 1 +1/2 tbsp - Garlic Chopped 1 tbsp Ginger Chopped 2 medium - Onion julienne 3 no - Green chillies julienne 1 no - Capsicum julienne 2 no - Tomato julienne 1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder 1+1/2 tbsp - Kashmiri Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp - Black pepper powder 1tsp - Garam masala 1 tsp - Kasturi Methi 2 tbsp - Julienne ginger Salt to taste 1 tsp - coriander cumin powder 200 gm - Paneer 1/4 cup - Fresh cream 1 tbsp - Butter Coriander leaves Method : In a pan add oil , jeera ,garlic , ginger , julienne onion sauté on high flame Add julienne green chillies, julienne capsicum, julienneTomato.
