Ingredients:
1 Cup - Toor Dal
Washed and 2 Hours Soaked
1+1/2 Cup - Water
1 tsp - Ghee
1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
2 tsp - Oil
1 tsp - Cumin
2 no - Whole Dry Chilli
8-10 no - Curry Leaves
3 tbsp - Green Chillies Chopped
2 tbsp - Ginger Chopped
2 no - Onion Chopped
1 no - Tomato Chopped
1 tsp - Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp - Coriander Cumin Powder
1+1/2 Cup - Cooked Rice
3 tsp - Ghee
1/2 no - Lemon Juice
Coriander Leaves Chopped
Method:
Take above thing and Put into Pressure Cooker and Give Four Whistle.
Take a Kadhai add Oil , Cumin, Dry whole Chillies , Green Chillies Chopped , Ginger Chopped , Onion Chopped , Saute till Golden then add tomato Chopped , again Saute and then add Red Chilli Powder, Haldi, Coriander Cumin Powder, Salt to taste and Mix Properly then add Cooked Dal and add 1 Cup - Water, 1+1/2 Cup - Cooked Rice and Mix and add Ghee , Coriander Leaves Chopped and Lemon Juice , Mix and Serve Hot.
