The Reverse Pick Drill (aka the Korzinowski Drill) is a simple positional drill and warmup we like to use in our gym. 10-20 reps each of: - LEGS ONLY, no change in torso - LEGS & BODY, no use of arms - FULL STROKE - LEGS & BODY - LEGS ONLY Can you separate your movements? This would be akin to doing a barbell complex within olympic weightlifting.
