FOUNDATION's video: Toe Taps in Tuck Support

@Toe Taps (in Tuck Support)
Using paralletes (a pair of dumbbells or kettlebells work too) you can get up in support position locking your arms and protracting your shoulders. From here you would "march" with very minimal contact with the ground. We use this drill for building a foundation for compression for more advanced movements like the press to handstand.
