A Tennessee judge has granted a vacation of conviction to an inmate convicted of murder. Judge Steve R. Dozier issued the order on Tuesday in favor of Joseph Webster, the court finding both state prosecutors and attorneys for Webster agree new evidence which had not been presented to a jury at the time of Webster's trial indicates someone else killed Leroy Owens. Both the defense and DA agree Webster is not guilty of the murder, Judge Dozier writing "Justice, in this case, based on the information presented to the Court, requires relief to the Petitioner.
