FOX NASHVILLE's video: Casey White escaped inmate vehicle used found by police

The vehicle used by an escaped Alabama inmate and a corrections officer believed to have helped him escape has been found in Middle Tennessee. The Williamson County Sheriff's Office reports the vehicle was found on April 29 on Smithson Road and Banner-Adams Road without tags last Friday. They determined last night that it was the suspect vehicle. FOX 17 News spoke exclusively with the woman who reported the abandoned car one week ago. "I saw there was an abandoned car, no tags on it, so I called Williamson County Sheriff’s Department and told them hey, there’s a car on the road," says the Williamson County woman who wishes to stay anonymous. When she found out Friday morning whose car it belonged to, she says her phone started going crazy, with the U.S. Marshals Office and the Williamson County Sheriff's Office searching the area she lives in for hours. The woman says it's pretty scary for anyone in the community, especially with the children that live in the area.
