FUEL TV's video: THE MAN from The Alive

@"THE MAN" from The Alive
“The Man” is the debut release from The Alive. "This is a message from our generation. It could be for certain politicians or anyone hiding behind a mask manipulating or bending the truth for their own agenda or greed or ego or wealth at our expense or the expense of our future. We want them to know we can all see through the lies. We aren’t old enough to vote yet but it’s our future too. We’re proud to have recorded this on the same Trident console that Rush recorded Tom Sawyer on at New Monkey Studios. The video was filmed and directed by our friend Tate Warner @t8warner age 17.   The Alive would like to thank Brent Woods, Jay Michaelis, Spencer Askin, Robert Cappadona, and Greg Cortez for their help bringing The Man to life."    BIO Influenced by Queens of the Stone Age, Black Sabbath, Rush, Herbie Hancock, and The Meters, The Alive is a California based rock band launched between surf & skate sessions in 2018. Since then they’ve already played Lollapalooza Chile, WSL Kelly Slater’s The Founder’s Cup, BottleRock’s main stage, Boardmasters England, Ohana Fest, Sold-Out Jam Cellars Ballroom with Taylor Hawkins’ Chevy Metal, Bowlpark Chile, Punta de Lobos Chile, Deadfamous Newquay England, Surf Music & Friends Spain, GoPro Hq, ISA World Surfing Games, KJEE Fourth of July, and more. The Alive have been skating, surfing and rocking together from ages 6 and 8. We are Bastian Evans age 15 on guitar & vocals with brothers Kai & Manoa Neukermans ages 16 and 12 on drums and bass. The Alive was named one of Stab Magazine’s “30 Under 30 Culture Shifters of Tomorrow” and the boys have been featured in Whalebone Magazine NY, Santa Cruz Waves, Riff Magazine, Surfline, Guitar Player, Soundwaves TV, and Blurred Culture. Combining their passion for surfing, ocean conservation, and music, The Alive! has performed benefit concerts for Surfrider Foundation, Surfers Against Sewage in England, Sustainable Coastlines Hawaii, and Save The Waves. We are BYOBottle artists working to reduce single use plastics. For more visit www.thealive.net
